What if you had a Mayor in Toregina, Saskatchewan that thought and expected he should have the authority to take any home he wants and the family; murderously! This is an unusual expectation for an elected official named something like Patrick John Brown. People would be found dead in their homes in suspicious circumstances, some of the Mayor's family moves in or some of his associates and the murder remains listed in a database as unsolved. People know the Mayor's behind it. He put a note that he is the "absolute King emperor authority " on his telephone. However, this expectation of the Mayor is unusual. It is illegal. Every EMS worker is an accomplice in this misfeasance in public office contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. Why would a Mayor want authority to murder people when not even a Chief of Police can do that? Yet, the Mayor and the Chief can do their jobs in complete submission to their job description. Chiefs do not just kill people to steal a vehicle or a home.
