A man comes to fix your blender and takes it away with the promise of fixing it within two weeks but after three months, you have never seen the blender again. You own a pizzeria called "Churchfather's." The repairman likes your home and decides maybe you should have called the police on him as he has taken so long. But we dont know if it's a theft yet. It could be a home, a golf shirt or old high school track jackets. It is theft to take the property with the intention to permanently deprive the owner of that property and it does not matter that you wanted to inherit it but never asked.
