A new fraud and interruption of the quiet ownership and enjoyment of property has been discovered. It involves the offence of intimidation. However, it also involves the abuse of power by senior police officials who intimidate a property lawyer to put a debt on the property of people over 65 years old and then they intend to decide with one of the former officer's colleagues who should get the monies involved. the people living in the home are in possession of proceeds of crime. Murders of home owners who were in the process of selling the property may be involved. The new owners may have been killed also just to get at the equity involved in maybe an old home bought in 1960 for $20,000.00 and now being sold for $800,000.00. Once the buyer and the bank confirming finance send payment to the seller's lawyer, the seller is to disappear and apparently the officer presents himself as the heir or he finds a dupe stand in. The amounts involve nearly $200,000.00 in several cases. Then the mortgage statements of the property owner are stolen and the staff at the bank is also intimidated to update the mortgage balance on the account. However, the evidence remains in the ongoing tally of the mortgage account and the $200,000.00 error is certainly evident on the account as it does not represent an entry or transaction of any kind by the client. We saw this in my mother's mortgage sometime ago. She bought the home for $180,000.00. it was entered on title accordingly for $180,000.00. But, because my mother boasted about being a former bank auditor on social media, a West Indian decided to see how good she is and enter the mortgage amount on her bank account profile manually as $400,000.00 at some rogue branch where she used to work. There was no contract evidencing a credit offering to demonstrate any credit was extended to raise the balance from $180,000.00 to $400,000.00. I audited her real estate transaction and her mortgage statement to see the error ten months when the mortgage balance should have gone down to $170000.00 but instead the statement hatefully said the balance went up to $400,000.00 and that cannot be right. She did not enter any second agreement for a credit product relating to the home . Even if she Didi, it would be a separate account and carry a separate balance. Sometimes the lawyer says there is a second or third mortgage on the property where no such transactions exists and nor is it evident on the property register. To avoid charges as to the conspiracy to commit, the lawyers and the bank employees are rectifying their accounts. The fraud may have begun just as the property was in the process of being sold with the funds to be paid out and then these spurious pirate minded individuals became involved; some of the officers with badges and it seems these individuals are struggling with a deficit in expectation involving property; that if he sees it and does not understand it, he believes he should be able to interrupt or interecept the process.
