There is a new potential indictment pending on whether the Commonwealth is being managed and run nefariously by a West Indian Cockney Jamaican posse in North London who are sending emails to impersonate UK officials with photos of the perpetrators that offer assistance and favor to victim individuals who must first carry out the nefarious suggestion or deed to interrupt a mortgage or a school registration or alter government school records. The person duped in Canada, the United States or Jamaica is to believe, act on it, quit their job and then they are told to expect that they will be helped if they fly to England right away. They are never helped. They may end up dead to hide the evidence. Every phone call and every email counts as an indictable offence in the UK as it is an offence in itself to use email communications to commit a criminal offence.
