A Wal-Mart cashier was approached by someone with food purchased at Kroger but she said it belonged to Wal-Mart and that she is not sure if it was paid for. She stole it from her employer but she never made a statement. She called from a payphone and said a name of a woman who was a Court Clerk and the employer to say she wanted to think that she did not enough. She hung up and said "English." The Wal-Mart cashier called the police and made an allegation. But, they could not establish where the item was bought. They could not even say what state. The cashier was arrested for mischief.
