This is a community project started by Warren A. Lyon who was hired by Bank of America UK in 2002 following his illustrious graduation at BPP University College in the LPC Solicitor program. He has worked for Bank of America previously and remains Bank of America Alumni. He was called to the Bar in Canada after his work for the bank and also remains in good standing with the Federation of the Law Societies of Canada; as a graduate. He was also accepted at the University of Calgary Law School in 1996. Do we offer legal services to the public pursuant to the rules? What do the rules say? We can help. We are happy to help anyone who needs some help. Congratulations are in order for Mr. Lyon who runs a "research only" firm now as a community project; providing essential answers that help to ensure the safe navigation of the legal system by community members. See our court counsel site at https://angelronanentwerfen.wordpress.com/ He is researching communities that ask for association, involvement and achievement in various spheres such as academics and they get a graduation photo; but that do not want qualified legal services from qualified people. They have some access to such services with payment beginning at $890 for a thorough assurance of what steps to take and a review of their legal matter. We have our training and experience and you have your problems. They don't seem to ask those qualified individuals for assistance who do help anyone. Some of them handle the qualified individual like he was an outsider once he is qualified. The qualification is not a criticism of any person or any elder. It is not for you to see the qualified as competition (competition where and for what?) but as a person with communal tools and you should treat him like he is under you and put him and his tools to work more often. Instead, you seem to be sitting idly by as covert wild elements in your community harass them as not to utilize their skills to help anyone in the community. But, you have the graduation photo of the graduate. You have his file copies from his firm. You have his graduation letters and his work reference letters and you have your unresolved legal problems that the professional graduates could help you in resolving them. You are 67 years old. Did you make him your ancestor as you make him a source of proud family history? Then at the same, you tell your grand children not to go to school. He is the same good kid who is just as Samoan or Navajo as he was before he graduated, before graduation day and after graduation day. You have copies of his professional work (possession of stolen property) and all you do is look at it. The files are relics. You would like a solution to a problem. You could set up a side department or desk within your church or group organization; a 'plug in' Law Assistance desk and tell people you offer a community legal assistance program. You can email or call and ask him to provide responses to significant questions and problems and he will do it for $800.00. We call it community assistance research provided by a firm library. You might take a $1600.00 donation. You pay him $$800.00. Maybe you only take a $300.00 donation. You pay him half and he will do the best he can for that amount. He is good. You need to use him. Use him. We are connecting people with solutions to the problems. He is not the only one willing to help but he can be utilized for piles and piles of sweaty work. He wears overalls or maybe a turtle neck as he does the work with jeans. He managed a good number of files; all good results. He has his skills and we have some need for answers every so often in our church and communal circles. You can write and just ask "...What would happen if there was nicotine in my pub food and it was noticeable?" I put him to work for me and my people. My Church gets $445.00 back on any simple research he can do that is paid for with an $890.00 donation to the church by the person requesting assistance. We send him $445 with the question or problem we have. Our clients were not black but anyone who needed help. Many of them were white or Middle Eastern and some were black.
