This just in; Alusra(TM) Technologies proposes a new ship docking transponder that will connect to the ship's guidance system and automatic piloting computers to enable the ship to start docking procedures for perfect docking and slowing down the ship's rate of nautical speed to ensure docking is achieved without any damage to the dock or ship in the docking procedure. It is called the Alusra Light House(TM) Transponder. The transponder is located on the intended dock and will work automatically or it will send instructions to the ship's pilot about what rate of speed is 100% accurate with current winds to slow down the ship and dock safely.
