Apparently, the best way to address the side effects of smoking is to outlaw the poison chemicals added unnecessarily to the tobacco. It just a cigar+ette as in mini cigar. The polyphenol of a tobacco leaf inhaled when it is burning without the added nicotine is on par with green tea. The electric cigarette filters need to be addressed for unnecessary poisoning contents also.
