However, if they fail to attend and participate they will not only be charged for failing to appear in Court but they will be notified after seven missed appearance that the Crown has the right to set a trial date in their absence and their right to attend will be confirmed. They will be notified of the trial date nonetheless and that the trial will be set to be conducted with or without counsel.
