These men are not American....so who are they? What do you really see happening here? The store manager checked cameras and reprinted her receipt for the police. She paid and had a receipt but to save face, they charged her for theft and then said they wanted to investigate her for previous alleged thefts for which they had no proof. The charges are withdrawn. When asked if they read the Constitution, they said kind of..! They do not look or feel like officers and when do officers ask you if you have a receipt when walking out of a store? They had the look of rape in their eyes...and hunger....with the smell of alcohol on their breath. The receipt blew away in the altercation. They look fake. It is not within their realm of duty. They were fired upon review of this tape and charged with assault and misleading the course of justice.
