It is rumoured that Western and Harvard are now grading people as follows to ensure better pass rates, higher enrollment with more tuition earned and generated, better attendance, better educative experience and graduation; All will graduate with a D as based on attendance only. If you are sick and cannot attend, you have to provide a doctor's note. If you participate in the test, exams and assessments that will all count for the remaining 50% of the grade, then you can approach results such as a C, B or A. Other schools in the Western hemisphere such as Penn State are following suit.
