There is a woman who used to work at Tesco. She worked as a cashier and when the item would ring up for a small amount like $3.87 for a bottle of Solo soda and a blanket for $10.00, she would enter the amount manually for, lets say, $30.81 cents. What went wrong? Did something go wrong. Sometimes people would notice but by the time they did, they already threw away the receipt and so it was hard to prove. The cashier did nothing wrong. One day, a young man noticed and decided to take back what he bought and insisted that they provide him the $16.94. He shouted and hollered and then realized that he made a mistake and forgot the frozen burgers he bought for the $16.94. He did not have his receipt to remind him. Then, they told him that maybe it is best that he use the automated cashier checkout from now on and also select the option to EMAIL or TEXT his receipt for his review in addition to getting it printed there in store. The next day, he noticed that he could email and text his receipts that he would have an electronic copy now at every retailer that included Whole Foods, Walgreens, Al Aqsa Market, Meijer Supermarket, Family Fare, Al-Amryah Market and Loblaws or No Frills. This is great!!
