The husband of a bank manager is Senior Air Force personnel. His girlfriend is a bank account opening representative. She helped some black man open an account without his ten year old child's consent; a joint account with both of their names on it. His intention is to catch his son's income support benefit when it starts coming into the account when the kid is 13 years old and hope to access the money and use it without him. The account representative helped him do this with four other kids. He brought the kids to the bank and asked them to just sit in the Chaisse and wait ten minutes for him. 30 years later, for two of these kids, they have not received the benefit. The father did not receive any either. He was blocked from withdrawal. The bank account opening representative insists she did not make a mistake. The kid finds out that he is not getting this benefit money like his friends. So, he opens an account or two and hopes the money will just start arriving at the account he has opened. The account his father opened must be dormant or non accessible since other account representatives reported the fraud. The other issue is that the bank, under the law, has a reporting condition under CDIC to notify the account holders of the account and its status. This is not being done. Why not? The intention is to hide something, get away with something. She has a friend in the government and also asks the friend, that no matter what, to keep sending the benefits to the account she opened with the ogre man. She says she does not mind if the kid ends up dead. She cannot access the money but it just sits in the bank. The bank is obligated to abide by the law and all CDIC policy. Her boyfriend in the Air Force gets a report about it a party since they are preparing a information on her for opening the account without the child's consent, for attempting to debit the account and transfer the money into her own account, for her messages to her friend in her Service Canada to keep sending the benefits money to that account and for intimating at the Montreal subway stop at Plas Des Arts that she doesn't care if he is dead. Her Boyfriend or Husband ( he said boyfriend when asked since he was a bit ashamed of her and the association affected his job) is asked to consider what new jets the country should t buy to defend Canadian lives from attack. He thought about her and what she is doing. He said he needed jets that could target deceitful bank employees that intend to kill citizens, that process and sign fraudulent account opening documents. He also orders Service Canada to send the boy's military pension and the income support benefit to the account where they send the HST/GST credits; or what is the point of national defence if the bank employee can break these laws and hope to get away as she pretends she made no error. The error is the account opening document that was not signed by the child. The other issue is, if there is no intent to defraud, why the bank does not contact the boy as an account holder and communicate the account and balance information. The social insurance number is the same. It is his name and ID on the account. The amount is the same as what other Ontario citizens receive for benefits. It is less than what the Quebecois received by $8000.00 per year. It's less than what they pay the Chief head of parking services in Hamilton or Longuille. There is intent at theft here; the intention to permanently deprive the owner of that property worth more than $1.00 per month. Holding the bank information and not communicating is the evidence of the theft. Holding the money is the evidence. They cannot pretend he is saving the money because he doesn't know where it is. The new military jets will enable the Air Force to defend the country against these internal threats to the population since it might be happening to tens of thousands of citizens. The bank account representatives watched as a part-time employee, maybe her cousin, was arrested for stealing a $20.00 note from the bank machine deposit envelope and lied that there was nothing in it. She was taken to Court for a bail hearing and fired. She was convicted on a plea deal and got a 10 day custodial sentence.
