There was an offer or promise, there was acceptance of the offer and there is also consideration or  money which is the price for which the promise of soup was paid. The money or consideration is paid to the person providing the service.   

 If payment is not made afterwards, she certainly intended  to perform the act for pay and provide the service but then now we have a breach of contract or theft of services but not an act of violence. There is consent at the critical time that the act took place.
