You had an accused person subject to shop lifting charges alleged that they paid on their bank card but they did not. Yet they bring what they alleged is their bank statement with evidence of payment to get the charges withdrawn. Is it a bank statement? Does the alleged bank statement match the same day and hour of the shoplifting just when they were arrested? The system says sje is a terrorist convict. She says ignore it. Her friends ask how can they sing in a choir with a terrorist convict? How can we attend any alumni function with a terrorist convict? Why won't she just....do what it....? Somehow the charges were withdrawn although through an adults diversion programme and you were offered the opportunity to just pay for the item and make a donation to charity. So, such statement evidence must be subpoenaed from the 3rd party bank if it is to be accepted for it's truth before the Courts. So, if you don't remember you have been paying with your phone. This is not about your feelings. When there conflict between your feelings and law, the King's law prevails.
