It's a false statement but they hoped to try and accuse people for some wrong doing. They hoped to go into the units, steal the garbage of the tenants and then say they found it on the ground. So, he decided to take his garbage to the local supermarket and use their garbage can at their front door. He is a customer of that market and shops there regularly. The can is a garbage can and they never said how much anyone can put in the garbage can or when. So, he used the garbage can at the Supermarket or the Shopping Centre. He also used the garbage can at the front of the Shoppers Drug Mart. Can't you use the can in bulk? So, he threw in two or three bags of kitchen garbage at the same time. There is no law against using a garbage can for garbage. It look like garbage. Someone called the police and then they went to the drug store to look inside the garbage can. They found the garbage and thought about it. It looks like garbage in a garbage can and the can was used accordingly.. So, they arrested the people for mischief who called the police to apprehend the garbage at the Shopping Centre. In public spaces, residents should utilize designated waste bins for proper disposal. If these bins are full, they should take their waste home instead of leaving it beside the bin. This practice helps maintain the cleanliness of public areas and ensures waste is properly managed.
