There is a Quistclose Trust between the citizens and the government such that all government revenue is provided essentially with a stipulated purpose to achieve the general good will and benefit for all citizens. If that purpose fails or the money is not used for the purposes for which it was intended then there is a resulting trust in the benefit of the citizens. As such, the tickets are free for all Canadians at some hockey games now or we are all share holders since buying a professional hockey team is not working the stipulated purposes of citizens general benefit. Did this happen? Well, it could be fun of we get our benefits also. An additional six sense a minute or an additional $3.45 per hour paid per citizen would really help. Also, where are the coins with the likeness of the Monarch? Where are the stamps?
