This just in, there is a former duty counsel in Toronto that is now offering legal services but she is a convict and should not attempt to provide such services. She apparently took two salaries for her work for about 20 years and never reported the error; something about she was to hire someone that had a full law degree; something she lacked. Much like Murdoch, her first three clients ended up dead because she is not able to really service the files and provide assistance. So, they find a way in her culture to kill the client, case the family network for their worth and actually kill the whole family. But, this would still be illegal even if it's tied to legal services. This may have it's origins in the world of Dickensian England but there is no law for us to tolerate business service providers taking moneys and killing btjr client when they ask for their file or their money back. So, she is giving the money back and now she might, because of her condition and demand for favour, get an OPP job in Timmens doing Highway patrol. The next stage of this Anthropology takes in direction from the Vicar who has seen how many people you have killed as an anxious boy working for the Camden solicitor in the late 1700's and early 1800's in England just when he got mugged and killed for his coin bag in the Camden narrows. You cannot go back to being abandoned again. So you tell the client that you take the money on trust and that you will contact them as soon as possible with the next steps. The Vicar says you must bring the file to him and he will tell you what to do as you make him your partner in this pretending of yours. That is it; and this became a kind of protocol but only to help the pretender boy.
