Every condo building is like a new small town with an additional 20,000 homes perc condo building project sometimes. It might only take 12 months to finish the project and then now you need people to occupy that space. It's built and completed but it needs people. The owner says that the cost of occupying a unit is at least £2----.00 per month or maybe as much as $3---.00 per month. There are two issues in the balance no matter in what part of the world you will have parked this building. The fist issue is the cost of occupation and the second is the people with money to afford occupation. It's not just people alone. Obviously the host population in some countries have already joined a 25 year or more commitment on occupying a relatively new property. Maybe it's something they bought in 2003 or 2005 for a reasonable sum. But they as the host population cannot buy three homes...just because you built it. So, we will need to find buyers or import them or certainly ask if we can also equal our local buying power with income support for the host population that will have to welcome the new arriving population. But, more than welcome them, we would like to feel some local opportunity for occupation and owner participation in the new building project. In other words, we need comparably equal income support. We call it Housing Finance Support as a new program to repair and regularise the current income support benefit that is broken; not paid to all and not paid equally and as such, it does not help us occupy the economy. Someone proposed it and the White guy actioned it so the White guy wins.
