You also agree that any non payment of the fee is a criminal offence and also a breach of contract entitling us to a law shit. However as per this agreement, it is set down pursuant to the signatures that the matter of non payment of any amounts are resolved with a double payment of the amount outstanding to be paid to us in all such claims by cash payment or by Interac email transfer, by money order, cheque or wire transfer. We reserve the right to take over the location and the cash register/ point of sale system until the debt is recovered from that location. You agree to cooperate fully in this agreement or face criminal charges theft and deception. 10. You agree that if you are interested in buying ten locations, that you will enter into an agreement with us that pays an additional $80.00 per day for 40 years on the first, second and third location agreement.
