Western Graduate News: So you are alumni at the University of Western London Ontario. Does that mean you have to spend money to feel good and eat a good diet; but I suppose you would need money to enjoy a good diet anyway? Warren Lyon.(BCL): That is correct. W.N: What did you think of going to University and apparently, you wrote a book recently on Advanced Economics? W.L.: Yes I did and about University; certainly, it was to maintain hopes and dreams of a happy life and a good job. No job is guaranteed for life. But, maybe with some schooling you could always take what you learn from any one job and transfer those skills into another role with another employer. That's the job. W.N.: We noticed that in coming to Western, you had applied for OSAP. You also worked part time on the campus at the Restaurant that is still here today but it's more of a quiet cafe and bistro with some music on Friday or Saturday. Also why did you choose Western? W.L: That is correct. This is because I was supposed to receive my benefits in time at 13 and a half years old. I did not receive it. I am not sure why but it seems someone in my household attempted to intercept the benefit payments and receive the money in a fraudulent joint account that he had set up when I was ten years old. I had opened a Canada Trust account when I was 8 years old. Because of his threatening interruption, insistence and confusion, it did not arrive. This happened to my sister and my younger brother also; from his third marriage. He was married once with last name Phinn. I started working early and had a little money so maybe that is why no one rushed in to help me. My siblings received their benefits late when someone noticed, told them and helped them. So, I had to apply for OSAP. It's likely that if I had received my benefits, I would have finished High School and then just work for the government as a parking ticket attendant. In the alternative, I would have worked at a restaurant long enough and until I was mature enough to own my own, have children and settle down. Franchising can be fun. There are soo many and there is no point coveting any idea. Do your own. I chose Western because it's a good school. I thought of school in Québec also. I applied to U of T and got in. I applied to McMaster also and was accepted. I thought of York but it was known for academic fraud, not a real university yet but a polytechnic that took on university status like Ryerson and the location was kind of industrial but not a campus just behind Jane and Finch with a low income stigma. It's still Toronto, the architecture was positive and I saw nothing wrong with the neighborhood when it was a high church attendance neighborhood. It's probably that I could only apply to three schools on the application. But, the school is under investigation for intellectual property theft involving work produced by graduates from other schools and threats or threatening behaviours, affecting these graduates. W.N.: Is there anything you would like to add? What about racism in University? W.L.: To be quite frank, there will always be people who can't understand that school is school, designed for education and everyone would like to see the school render results that reflect effort and the intentions of the students; not racism or some other motivations maybe like social competition maybe. I would say the school did a reasonably good job in finding lecturing staff and assistants that worked for that well intentioned goal. Because of this, I was shocked to run into a legal profession that would literally threaten the life of one of its members who was good enough to join as a student member in Canada in one of the busier markets for legal services so who are they and what are they if their souls, lives and characters are not consistent with the requirements of membership in the profession and service to the community? Why let people into the profession if you can't stand to see them actually truly help people in the way the profession demands that you help them? Maybe you get recognized for helping and maybe you don't but this is what you are sent to school to do. You take your exam room experience applying the law to quasi real situations in the exam room context and then apply that same study and training to the experiences presented to you in your office when in actual practice. But it should not be that people would want to steal and hold your files or your books since your work would not be unlike the work of others...generally speaking. In the final answer, it seems that the motive behind what we witnessed in addition to the Law Society's admitted racialism is the hunter gathering culture and genetic competition of the proto-human. They seemed to only want to steal your things, using a fraud "Lynch The humble, dedicated Lawyer" statute that was found as a terrorist fraud by the police when it never passed through Royal assent and does not appear in Hansard but it appeared on the internet as the Law Society of Upper Canada Act. Through police enforcement, that Law Society no longer exists. The schools I attended must have said "...you could believe for something" with that "...don't let me down" feeling in them. I chose architecture once. But, I realised I had to understand how to own and defend the intellectual property. I found myself in Court doing this for a living. I sometimes wonder if they knew I was not getting my benefit but its not their fault. Anyway, the purported act is evidence of the abuse of power that arose, manifested within an irresponsible, alleged self regulated profession. They attempted to run the province, killing who ever they wished. There is this line from "Collateral" that says as follows: "The standard parts( empathy) that are supposed to be there in people, but in you, they aren't" ---from the movie Collateral; W.N: Since this is Canada, that must have been quite a shock. We see they wrote a report a Law Society of Upper Canada report confessing to abuses of law and administration in an ongoing racialism and so if the sin is admitted the law and rules governing admissions to the fact can really help with some judgement and order against them for compensation since the rules and any legislation amount to a contract with the members; right? W.L: Yes that is right. We think an Attorney General order is warranted as to the various issues in admission by the Law Society; sufficient for an order for compensation at $40,000.00 a year for every year of studentship in addition to full membership; warranted. W.N: Did you find school boring or lonely? W.L: It was not boring or lonely. I had lots of friends there from one high school or the other; people from Grade 8 at E. T. Crowle High School showed up at Western; a friend of mine named Jeff. He played the saxophone in the grade 8 band. There was Scott N. from grade 7 and 8. He was a little older. Then, there were other friends there from Unionville High...friends from Milliken Mills Public High School also like Carla and Sandra. There were friends from St. George's College School also like Andre', Chris, Michael, James P. and a few others like J. and ...I can't remember his name right now....oh...uhhh Russel and there was Jennifer. Bisa D was there and I think she is in France now. I also had a girlfriend who is now travelling in Europe. There is a Warren Greenwich travelling around them also. She seems to have broken up on a bet that I was not going to get more than a D. She never asked for my grade sheets but seems to have subconsciously decided to move on just when I was about to become eligible to graduate in my 3rd year...just when I started listening to classical music every day (Mozart in D I guess)..in addition to my usual habit of reading the bible; D-euteronomy etc. She was not a distraction really but a manly lesson in time management. Then there was a lesson in time and purpose...like Ecclesiastes kept coming up every where you go for 5 months. There is a time to...and also a time to....you know. So, this was about the priority in the use of my time. In the end, it seems she says that she decided she was not going to fit or unsure if she would be accepted. I was living with other students at the time and after she broke up, she seems to have left a baby at the front door where I was living just when I was in class. I was never told about this. But, I learned to speak with her during dinner breaks and also tea breaks that you take once an hour for about 10 minutes. I was living with a friend from Campus Crusade for Christ that I have not seen since 2013 or thereabouts and another female? She is Jamaican Irish Danish Canadian from St. Thomas, Ontario. I think she is travelling now from what I understand; as a missionary maybe. Unusually, she tried to register to herself Angel Ronan about six times and took six convictions in London, Ontario; so I am told. This was rather unusual; unexpected from that Christian friend that turns out to be a West Indian zombie that does not want you to own anything Irish over her. After all of this excitement, I've tried to ask what is the origin of any person before they join black & white in North America. Some were Cheektowaga natives( Iroquois). "White" and "Black" is not really so consequential any where else in the world and is really the fault of one clerk at a post office in Missouri in the early 1900's and it caught on. W.N: We don't really need to know about her since you are who you are and you graduated; never disappointing. You took some courses at U of T in the summers also like American History and Canadian History. You completed the History of International Relations also. What grade did you obtain in those courses? W.L: I got B or B+ in the Canadian and the American history and an A in the International Relations course. That is not too bad; eh? W.N: No. That is not too bad at all. You took Economics and Chemistry at Western and it seems the real grade sheet says you got a B in Economics and a B in Chemistry. That is also pretty good. It looks like from our analysis, the Lecturer in Economics put a B, his wife put C and his son put a D; something about authority. Is that possible and then you go to Church or Chapel? W. L: I am glad you know this. That is very good that you know. Thank you. W. N: Yes. So, you were not involved in athletics very much at Western but you were a High School athlete of the year and apparently you resumed school sports at school in London. W. L: Yes. I played for the University of London SOAS team as a midfielder. I also played on weekends for the Crouch End Vampires; a team in North London. It was a good standard of football/ soccer. I had a girlfriend at that time also. She kind of attended York in Canada but did not really finish...something about plagiarizing but I don't have the details. Then, she went to Law School at Manchester. In 2020, I obtained a Post Graduate Master's qualification in Economics at Manchester and she is very pleased. She is Canadian in ancestry. W. N.: Oh; I see. She must be very proud of herself; and you. But, lets get back to legal practice. You graduated from SOAS; University of London and then you went to BPP University that is also owned by the University of London and you completed a Masters in Law. What can you say about that experience? W. L.: I can only say good things. It was great. Did you know the Lion is an iconic symbol in English culture. You have the Lion in their crests of Honour dating back hundreds and hundreds of years; the English Lion. The crests and the Lion arrive from French culture. It's a French lion and some kind of heraldry. You have the Lion in their fairy tales and popular story books and also the Windsor Royals have ancestries named Lyon or Bowes-Lyon. If its just Lyon, then it's not...it's just regular people but nice, capable people from France or Italy in ancestry and Spanish or German. I don't really know them; never met them. Actually. there was this time in 2009 when they attended Koerner Hall in Toronto so that was an honor. I might have walked through the same parks that they may visit on occasion in London; Regent Park if that helps and visited at Kenwood. I played Sticky paddle ball there and had ice cream once or twice. So, its "gracious" just to traverse the same space as a Royal and maybe walk the same path they might have walked. I don't know; what can I say? I thank God. But, they have relatives praying for all of us and some sit as Patrons for various universities across the country from time to time. They pray for us so we must pray for them that all the government employees will work hard and give effect to the laws; not in any hesitation or confusion about our roles as citizens. We are all just citizens. We may have right to positive and negative emotions but we do not have any right to a negative, genocidal, dishonorable economy. It's not difficult. We have the technology. We can build anything. We have been building regenerative electric vehicles to save the atmosphere and the water. Everything that we expel into the water or atmosphere, every drop of sweat or belch can be absorbed by evaporation into the atmosphere and it will come back to us in rain fall or snow fall called precipitation. We want our hair to be growing. Rat poison or ricin is not a good additive. So, then we need the money, income support benefit money to buy the electric vehicles, the hybrid vehicles. There is a new hybrid coming that is a battery rechargeable regenerative and they have added a propane/hydrogen fuel cell to it for max range and additional confidence. The water cannot wait. The average vehicle on the road must at least be a simple hybrid by the end of 2026.

It's simple. But, what do you intend?  What is your intent?  Why do you abandon children 200 kms from your office?

The educational experience is not supposed to be "attritive"; nor is life in general in a compliant economy but the school is to provide a genuine learning experience that is set on taking instructions and doing as you are told in a quasi work environment to deliver what is requested by your supervisor or manager in that firm setting.   But, the whole process becomes "attritive" when maybe some of the individuals involved in delivering the lessons or the program are job or career competitive so there is an ego there that you have to navigate at that level but you are paying tuition and it is certainly a school environment; guaranteed by government regulators such as Ofsted.

So, if the program only calls for 50% to pass, then if you obtained that average you passed and you should get your degree.  What is your actual result? When will you get your graduating result? Did you get your result or did they extort the young woman or the well meaning bloke?   Is the guy running the school just a South African pretender or a Bahamian who might look like King Henry the 8th that never graduated from anything but has a photo with a cap on his head in an airport parking lot or Arnos Grove Tube station parking lot in 1977?  They say Henry the 8th might have been born in New Brunswick; throwing 8 wives in the Thames if they insisted on more money or more blankets or argued with him about anything.   https://elgoog.im/space-invaders/

Our School Director oozed the threat of death if you were not taking the program seriously and so I worked very hard and attended every class except for a short cold spell once.  So he was nothing like this Bahamian Pretender we might run into at some school or the other that held your graduation ransom and then extorted the school and the family for a few dollars more,  maybe, that you might get your degree document.  You cannot be a convict when you apply to such prestigious schools so then how do you become a victim of a crime and criminals involving you getting your genuine, achieved result in such prestigious surrounds right at Lincoln's Inn Fields and steps away from the Shakespeare's Head; a centuries old pub at Holborn Tube Station. I went there  after school with fellow students and the lecturer came a few times just to be social and then I was off to choir practice or Kung Fu class. You catch the transit/tube at Holborn.  I had to buy my books from Wildy's & Sons; just a short walk from the College today.  I have UK citizenship since my grandparents were born in a UK colony under direct rule prior  to independence.  I applied for a job with Bank of America.  My uncle stole the envelope and letter. He wrote  on it some gibberish and sent it back to the bank, got charged and was arrested and then convicted for threatening.

The last time I visited BPP in 2021, I was dreaming  of my own dedicated Ice cream shop. My Chocolate Cone( MCC) or Red Hot(TM) Coffee.  I picked up a complimentary travel or fashion magazine available to alumni and students.  I guess its a bit of both.  It's kind of a bible tract on how to put your emotions together, be constant.  I read the magazine with some strawberry jelly filled doughnuts with icing sugars all over them that I bought from Co-Op with a cup of Typhoo tea and wrote an article  https://angelronanentwerfen.blogspot.com/2021/12/written-by-ezinulo-leon-at-fsjs-law_21.html  about  the illegality of Covid 19 vitiating the law of consent to any medical treatments; a right that cannot be vitiated.  It was   a 21st century Herod asking "...what is the law..if?"  t In the end, it seems only a  rat would tell us about Covid 19 and what a rat suffers contrary to that animal's consent when we gas and poison the rat out of our human habitation.  But it's a rat and cannot covet and invade your home.  The extermination though of the rat should not cause our collateral death.  The rat must be very angry and wants us to know how we behave, shouting and demanding pied piper obedience, quarantining the animal but you never said why you are soo angry.  It is just that the rat does not understand boundaries. or respect our annoyance if we see them.  We tell the rat to stay outside. We are to...Stay home.

Stay indoors,  What if that rat and his anger was allowed voice in a cartoon but not in a fraudulent, illegal global epidemic? We acknowledge  and apologize for the rat's experience as we can understand we will be dead, with poison, if we are not careful.

One thing the rat will tell you is that you kill your enemy if your enemy eats you or your dung. Your dung, your seed is swimming around in your enemy's brain and his heart and then eventually, he is agreeing with you.   A Jamaican will teach you this; those unrepentant creoles that are slow to submit to the UDHR since they figure if you eat them, you will be leaving Europe in terms of your ways and submitting to them, following them as the leader; as sons of a dead ship captain who crashed in a storm at St. Ann's Bay yet  his intended destination was Puerto Rico.  Jamaica  was not a mission but an accident.  They are kind of "excited" about the issue of who is leading whom? You understand, as an example, the theory of "Wagyu" Beef. We are wagging  you, leading  you.  If its not Wagyu, then WHAT IS IT?  Maybe its "Mug You" beef or Mog U; I.E. dog meat.  The Jamaican wants international football teams, it wants beauty contestants and  sometimes it's own airline but it does not seem  to want  an income support for Jamaica; all Jamaicans. But, Jamaica wants you to eat it; eat it's  patties. That is all. Eat it. Let us wag you. If it is serious  about  being a nation, then Jamaica must have a benefit for all citizens.  It can't continue to maintain  and herald the voice of a shipwrecked orphan that says you must come to feed him give him attention; fund him. He will not feed himself.  But, that orphan island will take the deal.

England is not supposed to be the stray dog in Europe. But, how can it lead if It cannot  ensure the safety of it's airports? But, it can if it intends to.

England is following Europe. It did not achieve some elder states-hood independence at any time that might debate if it's following Jamaica on benefits policy or following Europe. The genocide laws as taught in the English School apply to England also;  whole heartedly. We must see what culture, in depth, is informing English h culture, English expectations in simple things when the Europeans are in immediate proximity; driving through a tunnel or a 20 minute flight.  They say about influence over the UK that it's an amazing thing really; as we find out now that Guy Faulkes was a Jamaican or he could  have been; highly likely so.  There was always a" them and us" for this breed either  from the natives who first encountered the Europeans in North America or at Hannover ( Them and us) or it's the European orphans in Jamaica that landed in 1495 Vs the Irish or English that came afterwards but everything is mixed up and no culture is really home to them except Them vs. Us in the scavenging over the emptiness.

The Jamaican hotels are always too expensive, something  about communicating their needy desperation for a sense worth. A residual tendency  from the slave  marketing. You would want to be worth more when they price  you but it's not you who is getting the money.

The wisdom of the UDHR arises as that essential wisdom, critically necessary after nuclear dominance games  have been  exhausted  and all nuclear arsenals are depleted with the evident  environmental impact. Where is there any good, safe, drinkable water left? The Cray fish are dead?  Are we poofs? I could not agree with that.

Here, money at that time would be the key weapon in ensuring the survival of your population and culture as that would involve rooted stakes in, at best, all other countries and territories in a certainty of law and order under UDHR so they can inhabit the safest places and have full safety and authority for their people if not your people since your people do not really have any money for that emergency mobility in the ability to pay.  You never gave it to them.

The winning populations would have the most money, technological certainty in the use of cards and card paying machines for maximum speed in population mobility and then also you must have the most people.  You are not winning; not even close at the moment but you can start today in turning the tide. Start sending an emergency benefit payment of $100.00 per day to every citizen. See how it improve the economy. Then increase this to $200.00 per day.  Send it daily as a kind of "feed the cat every day" payment.

They say we leave no child behind! That means they can solve your benefit problem even as you become that child moving into adulthood or when you are in adulthood. There should never be a problem.  Yet, there are adults who need money who were kids 10 years ago and kind of left behind. Then, there are also kids right now finishing high school in some parts of Ontario who must ask their parents for bus fare. Then, there are other kids living 20 minutes away by regular commuter transit who receive the full income support benefit in Vaughan Centre or Richmond Hill Centre.    This is evidence of the failure in policy to comply with the UN mandate and then also to comply with our own laws under S.15 of the Charter.  We also need a kind of national RCMP job core that will allow immediate work placements, kind of like extra hands on deck in all kinds of roles and the idea is to ensure 100% safety with safety compliance staff in airports, less theft during airport check ins( that should never happen) or theft during baggage transfers.  This will help all kinds of people with work experience at $1500.00 per week and these placements may entail support teacher roles in schools across the country( a risky job if the lumber jack woman thinks you are "soft" since you feel like you don't have bear teeth in your closet).   The jobs could entail Court Support workers on the one shift a week basis just to be a public safety presence in Court. There is also Transit Safety roles and also public stadium security, public museum security and public auditorium security.  you might work as a Traffic officer, directing traffic on busy Sunday mornings for some churches.  You can see work in any one of these roles with a different role once a week.  There is a training video every day in the lines of Police Foundations training.  Eventually, you can choose to work full time as transit security, customs, police, court clerk or as a support teacher.

Ordering fighter Jets while refusing to fund your population ( your team, your people that are the purpose behind the design of any weapons) is like ogling your urine in a bottle.

That urine could become a child if you take  it out of the bottle and put it in the woman's nose if she is a woman ( is she a woman Mark?).  But you would need to feed the woman and the child. Just what happens  if you are not around since you act like God will do it?  So, we provide a benefit to all.  We agree that all should have money.  This is what you refuse to do;  Are you shy of being successful?  No matter what, it is illegal; the endangerment of life as to those not paid and those under paid.  But, you can order the SU 35 jets and also fund your population.    We have already had our nuclear war. Your eastern seaboard is burning with nuclear water; a trojan..this nuclear plant of yours poisoning you as if you are a tosser. Yo lost something. Google the meaning of tosser.  You accepted the proposal for nuclear water treatment plants that are apparently also for power generation while Niagara Falls Power generation is sufficient for the entire Eastern Seaboard such that the nuclear suggestion was not necessary; and so we have essentially "Nuked" our selves as a result; evidently but subtly. Do you know that saying "KicK yourself"?  We are being told to leave nuclear anything alone as it is not without deathly side effects. The existence of the plant and the impact on the ecosystem or water supply confirms our base  ignorance.  It is all about dialogue. We make the road by walking; and also burning it would seem.  So, its time to take what we have learned and guarantee our space and place in our little corner of the world. This is our honor and glory; as we are thankful to have enough money to enjoy.  In all of this, we accept benefit money is a culture transferred to us from older African cultures; in Egypt as a key historical example. It is well settled in Europe, Asia and Russia. It is now also well settled in Latin America but it is of debate in North America and Jamaica; and in England also since 1980 during the Poll Tax revolt when if you had more than £100,000.00 pounds in savings as a public employee, your benefit was cut; a decision of errant politicians after all. But, it is not the will of the Monarch that is reflected in the UDHR and also these seven treaties are examples. Canada is a signatory to the UDHR in 1948.  As a country, Canada is a vassal.  Our leadership, as vassals,  therefore, represent Canada with the imminence of a vassal but this does not mean our economy can be rebellious or tolerated as such; without consequence. The vassal is to be quiet, obedient. the UN (ICESCR) is a bit more punchy in confirming the standard to be met in the delivery of services and benefits to the populations.  We need a Mach E economy; so to speak.

Our leadership take the domestic criminal and civil liability for their actions or inactions when they choose to do nothing when they are called upon to do something.     This guarantees many aspects  of our civic experience such as clean, potable water that is free of any radiation that might kill Cray fish and make it uninhabitable to lake or sea creatures. If the Cray fish are dying or dead, then the water is of no good. What if we had a Principal Minister that did not agree with clean, potable water as pursuant to the law?

We have to accept  that there are some technologies that should never have been designed if you have the compassion and wisdom of, wisdom of any animal; human animal or otherwise.

Nuclear  water kills. Rat poison kills as the silent  killer in the atmosphere, wind, water and seas...our food...our milk.  The side effect  of nuclear power generation on the shores of a lake is nuclear lake water.  It stains almost immutably organic matter with an intolerable iron and oxygen depleting radiant....but you are stuck in the idolatry of the authority of your own creation. The scary thing  about the human future is  to face it with dying lakes and other side effects with that uncertainty.  If a lake is poisoned in some accident, what protocol do you have to save?   I am not running for office.  But, I know who is. It's Mr. This Guy and Mrs. This Gal. Our egos may be eternal and so is the environment or ot should  be.

The Seven other Core UN Human Rights Treaties Canada Has Ratified:
  1. International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR): Protects fundamental economic, social, and cultural rights. See in particular:

Article 9

The States Parties to the present Covenant recognize the right of everyone to social security, including social insurance.

Article 10

The States Parties to the present Covenant recognize that:

1. The widest possible protection and assistance should be accorded to the family, which is the natural and fundamental group unit of society, particularly for its establishment and while it is responsible for the care and education of dependent children. Marriage must be entered into with the free consent of the intending spouses.

2. Special protection should be accorded to mothers during a reasonable period before and after childbirth. During such period working mothers should be accorded paid leave or leave with adequate social security benefits.

3. Special measures of protection and assistance should be taken on behalf of all children and young persons without any discrimination for reasons of parentage or other conditions. Children and young persons should be protected from economic and social exploitation. Their employment in work harmful to their morals or health or dangerous to life or likely to hamper their normal development should be punishable by law. States should also set age limits below which the paid employment of child labour should be prohibited and punishable by law.

Article 11

1. The States Parties to the present Covenant recognize the right of everyone to an adequate standard of living for himself and his family, including adequate food, clothing and housing, and to the continuous improvement of living conditions. The States Parties will take appropriate steps to ensure the realization of this right, recognizing to this effect the essential importance of international co-operation based on free consent.

2. The States Parties to the present Covenant, recognizing the fundamental right of everyone to be free from hunger, shall take, individually and through international co-operation, the measures, including specific programmes, which are needed:

(a) To improve methods of production, conservation and distribution of food by making full use of technical and scientific knowledge, by disseminating knowledge of the principles of nutrition and by developing or reforming agrarian systems in such a way as to achieve the most efficient development and utilization of natural resources;

(b) Taking into account the problems of both food-importing and food-exporting countries, to ensure an equitable distribution of world food supplies in relation to need.

In these areas, Canada is failing.

  1. International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR): Upholds political and civil rights, such as freedom of expression and the right to a fair trial.
  2. Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (CERD): Commits states to eliminating racial discrimination.
  3. Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW): Focuses on eliminating discrimination against women in all forms.
  4. Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CAT): Prohibits torture and other cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment or punishment.
  5. Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC): Addresses the rights of children, including their protection, development, and participation.
  6. Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD): Promotes the rights and dignity of persons with disabilities.

W.N.:  You were very fortunate not to fall victim to that type of attritive anthropology in school.  Your exam books and final grade sheets indicate you obtained  no less than an 80%.  You have a Masters in Theology at Western  from Huron College also apparently.  That is very good.

W.L.:  Yes.

W.N.:   Have you ever been to a hotel in Virginia?

W. L.: Yes. Yes. I have.  I was on a school trip in high school and we visited Gettysburg also, the Smithsonian and also Georgetown.  I also stayed at a hotel in D. C.  in 1993 in the Howard University area.  I saw the fraternities step marching and all the excitement about graduating so you kind of figure that just after Gulf War 1, everything would calm down and we could just get on with life and the energetic glory of the baby strollers. I see we could have three kids in 18 months, raise those kids to the age of 20 and then we could have another 3 in 18 months when you and I are about 40 years old.  At one hotel, the Gideon bible was open at John 4.  Jesus contrasts the Jews ( the  remnant community  that returned from Babylon) to some other people he calls the true worshippers and those people, he says,  have come probably from Egypt or members  of the remnant community found it within themselves to submit in spirit and truth in  those lands instead of doing what they feel... to only  ask the Rabi teacher, "what is the law?" (like in America); so, today, the true worshippers are  here so we can get our income support benefits; people who know Moses spoke Arabic. At the time of Moses' life, the children of Jacob spoke Arabic/Egyptian since the exile to Babylon had not happened yet and as such, alas, no son of Isaac and Jacob would have been speaking any other language. They had loved and lived in Egypt for more than 400 years and had become  essentially the Egyptian; submitted.

My family travelled through in 1991 and enjoyed a tour of Washington and Atlanta where we attended Morehouse and also the Coca Cola Museum.  You have to get to the Coca Cola museum; in Atlanta.  We ate at Denny's also while on our journey. We ordered the big Denny's breakfast special that summer.   Most hotels are empty though and what if the hotel was also a pizzeria? What if the hotels offered rooms for, lets say, $15.00 per night more often? We understand the cleaning burden on the chain but you cant pay for cleaning if there is no money to earned to pay? You can estimate may 10 more customers a night at $30.00 per night; every night..maybe just to hang out, chat or have a baby. Mommy and Daddy just want a break more often. The kids are old enough.   They may not even use the room toilet or shower.  Over 30 days, that is an extra $9000.00 per month for the one hotel. Across ten hotels, that is an extra $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per month with food and tips.    Over a year, that is an extra $1.2 million dollars in revenue.  At movie theatres, we notice that enjoying the big screen always beats the small tv at home no matter what you say about the home box office experience but at $15.00 per ticket with 7 seats sold per night, the home box office wins when people do not really have the money right now for that movie in the theatre. The need for food wins but we see that at $7 per ticket, the theatre is full. 500 seats sold at $7 per night per theatre beats 4 seats sold at $15.00 per night.

W. N.: Was breakfast included in your hotel stays?

W.L.:  Yes...Yes; most of them or usually.    It was included and "check in" was normal industry standard around the world; at about 1 pm.  This is how it is for the top hotels. This is so that people can settle in and enjoy lunch at the hotel. But, now they have you check in at 4 pm and so you would already have eaten lunch, you are angry with the late check in so you do not really support the hotel's food service and seek your dinners outside of the hotel.  Its amazing that there is a culture of logistical provision to ensure there are enough eggs and milk to serve all of these potential customers across the economy but ironically  not enough logistical provision of benefit money to pay for it; in North America that is. In Europe, they have eggs, milk and distributed and provided strategically at all kinds of restaurants and hotels in time for breakfast every morning and then also every European has enough benefit income support money to enjoy their breakfast.  This is illegal really.

W.N.:  Yes. We get that. Your idea is that Canada is a U.K territory governed by UN law.  We do not have any right to starve ourselves in genocidal intent and we see many are being paid their benefits but many people in many postal code areas such as Kingston  or Orangeville are not being paid; contrary to the UDHR. You suggest we "play hockey" and win so we can learn how to "play economy or "economic hockey".  Can we say what is really going on?

W.L.: Yes. That is correct.  Every one must have money and be paid the benefit in peace, order and good government.

W.N.:  So, we are learning how to play "economic hockey"  just as we were once learning how to play Soccer and we are getting a hang of it now; 4th in Concacaff.  It is the law to pay every citizen the income support benefit? Isn't it...yes or no

W.L.: Yes it is. There is enough money generated by the economy to achieve all of our goals eth government finance; so it's not an either home building or it's benefits type of discussion. We can fund everything happily and if you need more money, just add a 1% to the sales tax and that is going to generate for you in our economy and additional $2 billion a year. On a low estimate,  that is exactly what 1% is worth over one year and we can apply  for condos, houses, requisite benefits, steel subsidies and subways.

Out sales tax is 13% but it should be at least 20%. But, 13% is enough  to achieve our goals as noted above.  Take 1% for example earned on the average $1500.00 hourly revenue of the average chain restaurant.  Multiply that by 24 and multiply that by 365. Then multiply that by 15000 restaurants to achieve the basis example. This is just fast food restaurants; not hotels or airlines or airports or shoe stores or supermarkets or pharmacies or convenience stores or gas stations.

You get $1,971,000,000.00 a year on 1% sales tax.  We pay machines  on a kWh/second or KW/second basis; 24 hours per day and 365 days per year. This is how we pay labour now as machines primarily 24 hours per day and every day of the year. We should now pay humans their benefits for their human energy in the same way to ensure consumer demand and buying  power for  machine made goods, foods, clothing etc; such as 20 cents/ minute in benefits.   Minnesota pays 14 cents/ minute in benefits.  That is $8.00 per hour and works out to $70,000.00 per year. The point is that the 24 hour investment and energy put into robotic automation for supply of goods on the supply side of the economy must be balanced out; balanced out with a purposefully equal amount of payment on the demand side of the economy; income support  payment into people enabling their buying power or consumer demand.  We are automating life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

The energy  or input like physics and in chemistry must purposefully balance on both sides. If not, it breaks down. There is a hemorrhagic problem or loss of people( they leave  or they die out in the violence that precipitates)  and goods are unaccounted for in the system due to theft and you are not making money! Not even the sales tax. The product is stolen and maybe bartered.  We can see this. We play hockey rationally. We are not missing the hockey goal but we seem to  "tosser" miss the money goal consistently.  Maybe the national economic captain is a tosser. But, who would that be at the moment? It's rather shameful really.

It might be simple in calculating but we are not applying this simplicity to be a true human society or that great economy again.

Our simple premise is that you can't ignore the provisions of money to every citizen as required by the law and also the logic of the economy; the logic of  human safety and the logic  of clean streets and clean people. We don't want to see encampments when there are thousands of empty condos and a great money earning opportunity for the developers. The occupants will have money before they show up to pay. The card will work. They can pay. They can buy nice things and maintain the property decorum. But, certainly what is the property worth when it's built on their sales tax dollars anyway?  Where they were yesterday is irrelevant or where they come from.  Populations or societies that cannot resolve the issue of sufficient money for all and achieve certainty in the services for the provision of that money are actually proto-human societies.  Canada qualifies as proto human (lacking full human capability) or at least it's leadership since it would be evident that most Canadians in the majority understand their need for money.  It's a protohuman leadership or it's a pretender leadership that refuses to achieve the obvious with preference to resist, with intent to commit mischief and they are not really doing anything but tossing the time and money or missing the money input in some places like the income support.  Yet, it's totally evil if people would die in the  midst of this.  When genuinely well meaning and well intentioned, it is not difficult to solve.

Let me share with you the one economic Certainty like the force of gravity: Just as we are certain that all 3 angles in a triangle add up to 180 degrees, all 4 angles in a square add up to 360 degrees, we can say with certainty that if people have money, they will spend it. When they spend it, we will generate more money..on the sales tax.  The more money generated, the more there is to distribute and achieve our goals.   Maybe you agree to that and nothing else and play with interest rates if you wish but the payment  of the benefit money; that is the law anyway for all citizens to have the benefit money.  Quit pretending you are achieving anything if you can't do this as a population. You want puck smashing children who skate on the ice like Jesus walked on water but you must have to ensure that the mommy can "feeds" them, that they have families. Mr. Smiegel, tear down these walls of genocidal, childish selfishness.

We can agree on this and get excited about it, that we can have money and share it together in sufficient quantities and amounts that satisfy the UDHR requisites. But this conversation is like shouting at a dog that can never take the keys and start your Tesla.  It's just not within  you.

If we could take our lauded energy and time in Oppenheimer physics and apply this to ensure a winning economy;  we make North America Great Again as a safe, creative place. That is all we would  mean by "Great" with fresh air and clean  water.   It is a contravention of UN laws under the UDHR; in particular Article 25. As a University community with our partner schools , we are communicating with the government on that matter and the key issue is that there are income support benefits paid to some in this country but not all citizens that causes a genuinely negative impact on the economy and this is across the country, since public tax funds are involved with contributions from all of us, so that the benefits must be paid equally. See article 15 of the Charter.   This is understood and must be addressed immediately; forthwith. we do not wat to see embarrassing encampments any longer.  We intend to help all of those poorly treated individuals with emergency debit payment cards. These will be provided to all Canadians in a kind of moratorium against self abuse and in our recognition of our weird refusal to support and celebrate our Canadian lives in the most direct and meaningful way.  But, we cheer for the hockey  or track teams with stolen beer on our lap. You might steal it anyway if you have more money but you are more likely to purchase it.

W.N.: We are addressing that to ensure our National compliance with National and International laws; laws that are by virtue of signed treaties adopted as national laws in any event.   From your work in economics, you estimate that payment of 1 penny a minute to every North American in the late 1920's would have saved the North American economy from that economic sluggishness called a Recession or Economic Depression. I googled the term Economic Depression to see what I could understand about that and it looks horribly sad; not like what is consistent with a great American economy; and this benefit of 1 penny a minute would have helped with the key issue identified as a moneylessness that is caused by joblessness and this joblessness was due to the mechanization of labor processes or what we call now  Automation. We estimate from your work that in 2025, 20 pennies a minute is consistent with our hopes of enjoying the American economy today. When we think about it,  great economy must be a warm bed for everyone every night and a big ice cream sundae that is paid for; not stolen.  The only people who would hesitate on funding the economy ably if given the chance are the inherently wicked or just thieves themselves and would tolerate an economy that has a higher likelihood of theft in addition to public signs of human desperation.   The left hand can remind the right hand that we must walk  together; skate with the economic puck in coordination.   We leave no child behind and we can help them get their "Puck and stick, 3 poutine a day with Tea" benefit money even if it's been more than 10 years that they have suffered without their benefits.  Is it that white guy in Kingston, Ontario, Peel or Toronto?  That's all we need and then we will be fine.

W. L.:  The cost of lending rates should always stay constant and very low since the cost of money should not be too high in restricting the lending, ridiculously slowing down the money supply. Who would borrow at 11%?   Instead, to cool the economy when we have fears of inflation, we can raise sales tax to slow down consumer spending and slow down the demand for goods. Interest rates rising from quarter to quarter  from year to year has no direct impact on consumer activity since we see that consumer credit cards are always roughly between 19% to 30%.  Higher rates, however, may impact trucking companies or the retailers who may have loans used to manage the money gap they suffer in buying goods for sale while they wait to realize actual earnings in the sales of these goods. Sales tax is a more direct and accurate means of influencing consumer behavior.     We want to have some control over this scary beast called the Economy but we have placed our emphasis for control on the wrong variable and for too long now as the dud.

W.L.; That is correct. tax collection is immediate and automatic and a few extra points in sales tax influences consumer activity.  In particular, this sales tax that becomes more essential as the key source of national revenue when income tax, due to joblessness caused by automation, is not the essential or key source of tax revenue for any country in this era of robotic automation and the increasing use of AI.  We may not all go to school and study these things but we have to cooperate to enjoy our world; our brief time here when eventually you notice one day, you are not able to wiggle your toe in it or your hands; who knows?

For precise influence on stimulus, we could add a penny a minute to consumer buying power, adding this to the income support payments. We would guarantee an annual basis that we expect will increase by 2% annually but maybe for Easter or Summer holidays ( a 3 or 4 month period), we could add that penny a minute that works out to an extra $5184.00 for a month.

What if we collected 100% sales tax to ensure everyone received what they really need and this includes the country, the home builders, you and I as citizens and the retailers; money?

This might mean your bag of potato chips goes from $2.00 to $4.00 after taxes.   Chocolate bars go up to $2.00 from the average price of $1.00.  Maybe we would collect 100% sales tax once a month or once a week.  Maybe we could collect only 10% some days but we would average sales tax collection out to no less than 20% per day over any 12 month period.  Most European countries collect 20% sales tax  to achieve all essential goals in the assurance of clean streets, clean people and a peaceful economy with very little looting and stealing in the daily experience with everyone paid their benefits, tapping their cards and enjoying what they want. Try the can of Fosters today; maybe the Boddingtons Ale tomorrow. Making beer more available through logistics says we certainly can make money more available through our logistics using the debit benefit cards if you have the willingness to do it so that we can then really enjoy the beer availability every where we go and requisitely pay for the beers. The cards will be available at public transit hubs, at post offices, libraries, town halls and police stations; publicly funded colleges also.   The fact that beers are in every gas station does not help drunk driving. With the beers, we also have seen more encampments then ever before and more shootings and destruction of public property like red light cameras and what does that mean during the beer reign? Like it says in the movies, "...whatever is in there, is what you bring with you."   Clearly there are things you are willing to get angry about and communicate with vandalism and violence but you have not really said something or done something actively about the money. Money; its the "cure all.". But, what are you really here to say and confess to us?  $30,000.00 per year income support could be improved to $90,000.00 by adding an extra 12 pennies per minute to the benefits,  ensuring benefits are paid to all and you can do this if you have the involvement to effect change.  What we have to achieve then, in the European or Toyota example, is a type of "Endless pool" economy where money, goods and people are always moving, fresh and regenerated.   Like the endless pool the economy is never stagnant but moving and there is less time spend cleaning...the bottom so to speak.

Electronic  emergency debit cards available to all will help; cards that will cover any hotel stay that you book and pay for with the card even if its the 30 day reservation.  These cards will work for at least 6 years for anyone that has one, ensuring  there is a certainty about life that the pirates cannot defeat at the bank or interrupt, holding the life ransom and rendering the Canadian  marooned or abandoned in the problems of moneylessness.  Is it "Fee fye foe fum, I smell the blood of a real English,, Scott Irish Canadian?"

 In addition to this constructive application of our cooperative ways using logistics, we improve our happiness concerning money;  not just beers down the highways since we have more access  and enticement but we then we need to pay for it.  We can all enjoy a beer more often. Thank God. We can all enjoy more money also. Thank God to that.  Maybe beer every where is American but then all Americans seem to have an income support benefit in all states while $10,000.00 as the national enforced minimum is not enough but it is something. It is now increased  to $58,000.00 per year.  This is provided  to all citizens. Whole regions in Ontario that include Kingston, Peel and Toronto do not have any income support benefits for all citizens; and there is something about the cold in America where the cold weather states have no less than $58,000.00 a year as income support  now and that includes Ohio.  Canada is not queer in Hockey and nor is America. So, Canada can't be queer economically. We win. So we have to win economically and send an honorary amount to the Monarchy every day.  We cannot speak about it but we will just do it;

$2,000,000.00 a day is a good number.

Maybe we might get canned milk in beer type cans from Oklahoma  or Nova Scotia very soon as sold at Loblaws in the milk section in the fridge. We have had a problem with rat poison boxes (now illegal) being thrown in Lake Ontario.  They use to use a Tar around buildings with a wolf musk.  I never saw these black rat poison boxes when I was growing up.  After we confirm the tax revenue, maybe you could reduce your sales tax from time to time to encourage economic activity or increase it to cool down consumer stimulus and spending. But, if you reduced sales tax before you achieved a blanket coverage of all citizens with the benefit, you are not achieving anything.  You have reduced sales taxes before you achieved blanket delivery of paid regular income support benefits for all since people who do not have money are not inspired to spend more or take relief in a reduced sales tax when they do not have benefit monies provided to them; on a consistent basis to conceive of the tax reduction as any kind of relief or help in their situation.  They are probably stealing the items any way.  The government alone is losing; not gaining anything. Its self deception.

W.N.: Thank you for your time Mr. Lyon.  On the next occasion we might want to hear about your experiences in Court, defending people accused of crimes or your experiences as a student-at-law. You have a photo you wanted to include from your travels.  Thank you.

W.L.: No problem. See you again soon.

This envelop  interview was conducted at the Western Conference Centre; not at the Best Western, Lamplighter Inn & Conference Centre in London, Ontario as previously reported.  What is best?
