A person in the home as a non paying licensee finally abandons your property and when you come back you find a kid on the property, running around and also inside the home, feeding your dog. What do you do? You try to find out who the kid is. Is he one of the neighbor's children and the tenant left the door open on her way to New Zealand? Did the kid break in? It looks like he broke in. He does not identify himself and nor does he answer when you ask where is Julie? She is not the tenant but she is in the home. But, because he is a kid and should not be in the home, you contact the authorities such as CAS and they take him away to the Ronald McDonald's house to find his family. He is given also a youth court date for home invasion; an indictable offence. His Oshawa family is given a CAS court date to explain why is the kid not in their regular care and custody; and why is he shoplifting at Loblaws? They need to answer why is he damaging vehicles at the local car dealership and why is in he in possession of property stolen from the local sport shop; as out of control? They need to answer why he has no Identification, no SIN card, no bank account and no school placement. What is this really and why do you want us to know?
