Several retired NBA players have gone to law school, including Len Elmore, who graduated from Harvard Law School, and Rob Pelinka, who earned a JD from the University of Michigan Law School and became a prominent agent. Others who have attended law school include Grady O'Malley, Leon Rose, and Landus Anderson, who now works as an attorney for the Portland Trail Blazers. We should see a movie soon about their experiences. We wrote as a movie story writer the imaginary tale of one NBA player who worked as a driver for a Manhattan type firm who encountered a Murdaugh type wannabe non graduate who was sabotaging and killing off all the new graduate recruits in the firm if they tried to explain anything to him or show him how to turn on the printer; or if they succeed in court for the firm that day as juniors. He hid letters of medical opinion that the firm needed as evidence to help the client win. HE broke phones with a hammer if left on the desk or board room table or poured water on laptops. The former NBA player and firm driver for the firm principal would also go to Court and help clients but then decided to take matters into his own hands when a new female recruit is being threatened by this wannabe but she has proven lucky once or twice. She starts getting concerned when her dog is found dead. The NBA player has a girlfriend but really wants to help this new young female at his job know what is going on, that he saw this Murdaugh guy late at night in the office taking scanned copies of some of the big files and sending the copies to the State Bar Association and to the competitor firm on the case only for a $20,000 or $30,000.00. The NBA player's aunt was a domestic worker for a family with last name Willis in Boston. Her name was Florence and she was soo proud of him. Loon at him; all dressed up in those Brooks Brothers or H and M suits. She was retiring and he mentioned her in the office as he was to attend her retirement party. The next thing he knows he gets a call about some guy admit of he can move in with her and rent a room. Based on the description she gave, it's the guy and he was hoping to move in right away only to kill her with a gun behind his back. So, she had to run out today the house and she barely got away while calling 977( the emergency number) but her white neighbour named Larry Sanitiser saw the situation and pulled out an MK45 rifle that he kept in his garage where he was working on his Porsche 912 by Singer with the Propane system. He shot at him and he fled.

  • A ten-year professional player, Elmore graduated from Harvard Law School in 1987 and worked as a prosecutor and Senior Counsel before becoming a sports commentator and lecturer.
  • After playing at the University of Michigan, Pelinka earned a law degree and became a successful sports agent, famously representing Kobe Bryant. He is now the President of Basketball Operations for the Los Angeles Lakers.
  • O'Malley played one season with the Atlanta Hawks before attending Boston College School of Law, where he helped develop the nation's first sports law course.
  • After his time in the NBA, Rose attended Temple University Beasley School of Law and became a highly successful sports agent.
  • A former college player, Anderson attended law school and now serves as the Assistant General Counsel for the Portland Trail Blazers, as reported by ABC7 Chicago.
  • While he didn't complete a full law degree, Bridgeman attended law school during his NBA career and used his business acumen to build a successful franchise empire after retiring, as noted in this Facebook post.
