But the suggest of the need for any service to protect a home owner from such fraud when the registers is protected by the government is a fraud in itself. It's a false product based on false fears. The person involved in the false transfer will get a terrorist conviction. Also, they cannot invite a bank to aid and abet the attempted fraud and also the threatening of the owner.
