The authorities have been notified re Arrest for break and enter at 306 Manhattan Drive....Thomas Duncan who is driving a stolen Acura vehicle with plate BMXB 468. He has also kidnapped an Asian girl from her high school apparently; a scenario arranged by an Yvonne Tong. The parties have removed the doorbell that was installed. No one has given this person any tenancy or license to be on the property. He has been asked to leave personally by the caretakers. Warren is renting rooms at the address as legal occupant but does not want to see this vehicle on the property again when he has come to check everything is in order. He has sent someone to check on the property on a few occasions.
