This just in; Alusra Technologies and Warren A. Lyon propose a new condominium design that forgoes the use of Garbage chutes. We do not see them used in office buildings and the truth is that living in condo buildings with these chutes could be personally harrassive. It's the radiation. We do not use them on office buildings that are just a technologically advanced in every way. So, Alusra proposes a recycling and disposal area on a lower floor just above the parking garages. As such, there is no chute but you can throw your garbage through a little slot that will accept wet garbage or recyclables to be placed through another separate slot. As this area is on a lower floor such as floor 2 but not the same floor as the amenities area , the slot could connect to a chute that will be connected to an incinerator. The recycling chute will connect to a dumpster designated for recyclables that can be accessed by a truck for pick up once a week or once a month.
