A Court registrar receives $800,000.00 as an overpayment. A Judge receives $800,000 as an overpayment. In the background of the situation, the government they work for is suffering an abuse of their systems, with the infiltrators playing games with staff, hoping to accuse them. The infiltrators do not have job contracts. They do not have right to access government systems. The Judge called the Police and advised them. He also called HR and the over payment was reversed. The registrar did the same. The government employees who played this game were found in a......and charged with.... They were also fired. At the same time, some guy is sending notes to a Judge's personal email address saying that some person who is subject to receipt of funds pursuant to a Court Order "...is not his son but he wants him to have it." The funds are being held in the bank contrary to Client order by one of his cadre colleagues. The payment sent on January 5th is still not paid more than 10 days later. Crime Stoppers notes are being sent in by some other bank colleagues that say they told the errant bank employee to pay the funds. At night, he shows his school friends the payment on the system as if to demonstrate his power in his job. But, it only takes 2.4 seconds to click the incoming payment and apply it to the account. Some payments are as old as 2014; as sent but not paid. He knew the recipient in grade 3 and attended his 10th birthday. When asking for payment confirmation, the Canadian bank said the funds were applied. His intent was fraud in the utterance of a false statement. All the outstanding payments are being applied today by the government that has taken on an administrative role to resolve this embarrassment. For his assist and cooperation, he was not arrested but given a warning so he could make an application to be a Crown Attorney where he would be prosecuting people with bank jobs who stole deposit envelopes from customers; envelopes that carried only $5.00 and who pled guilty. It turns out he would be prosecuting people who he had accused falsely as a bank employee. His chief chimera to evade arrest is to write he is "Sidney Poitieare" on his right arm. The Crimes Stoppers notes also say that they hope the recipient of the payment lives. The person holding the past is also a terrorist convict for not being faithful to a mortgage forgiveness agreement. That man who sent the emails to the Judge was also someone absconding from detention but was apprehended after these further offences. The bank is only obligated to pay the funds with the information corect with respect to account and "bene" name ( benefic. name) as correct. He should not be asking what coffee the recipient buys in the illegal, unnecessary delay. It's a payment pursuant to a Court order. Any unnecessary delay is Contempt of Court whether it's motivated by personal feelings or not. The payment clerk may know the recipient but has failed to maintain his employment obligations to the bank and also the customer. Nonetheless,.he has created an unnecessary stand off with Judiciary and the Court.
