We need people who can set the priority with the payment to the citizens first; then to developers who do a great job and who will not cut corners on the government contract and call it architectural design. They need to seal the concrete with varnish so the smoke of the neighbor passes through the cement. We need a postal worker type, fast food operator who is set on quality consistency, not unconditional acceptance, a transit worker or an airline operator with that fortitude who expects to serve the public, make a dollar on every seat, on every condo or apartment built, make the money on every citizen funded with income support who will shop happily and earn the government its 20% on every transaction.
