SDGCK. Warren A. Lyon has won the Entwerfen International Lawyer Award for 2026. This is for his recent report on notice in Trusts Law that impacts all trustees; including the government as trustee. The government cannot break its own law. Notice has to be effectual with use of email in the current regime at all times.
