This just in; there was a scam at a Caricom country embassy to steal signatures from documents and applications at North American embassies and try to use them to say the applicant had sold his patties shop or tires shop in the Caymans. Essentially, the scam would then be to kill the persons upon their return; all because they thought they would believe in their country as a viable entity.
