The food subsidy is great so that the food is cheaper but without the income support benefit, it's still something that has to be bought for a penny at least. How do you get a...penny? You still need money; therefore. How do you or where do you get that and you have to be sure of everyone getting that money. Thanks. But, we need then both benefit and subsidy or we could just increase the benefits. There is not any point to subsidies without benefits. If we don't have money,we would have to think of at least maybe stealing a bottle of champagne even when it is subsidized.
