The point is there is a logical way of doing something and sometimes it does not happen. Who knows why. We have at times taken on an insistence about the authority and it's good use or misuse. Then we may miss the moment of opportunity where can all finally enjoy our time as North Americans. Yet, the Clintons found a hold over policy in Clintonomics that says all North Americans will be paid a minimum of .10¢ per minute as the lowest minimum amount of income support. While this is the minimum it may be paid in higher amounts in different jurisdictions. Yet an income support is paid to all and this continues 10 years after their death for any family members. This amount will not be available until 10 years after the citizen has passed on. This is a great idea from the Clintons.
