The people look the same but they are not the same. We could say the English and Dutch look the same but they are not in the same vain. There is a resistance of formal linguistic structure or systems that becomes almost a language in the habit of resistance and this habit of resistance is a patois. Akin to this, synonymous to this is a resistance possibly from the same Patois people; a resistance to formal economic structures and systems thereby forming a Patois economy. But who is it; whom could they be of they could tolerate such an economy that is not seen in St. Vincent and nor is it seen in Grenada or St. Croix etc. The Dutch would kill someone if anyone tried to manifest this on Dutch soil. Our Royals, when it happened in Canada, buttressed the law with the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Who do you kill if you are not sure who it is? The English also convicted who is responsible and debited their accounts for any embezzlement of government funds. Maybe they did. I am not sure. But many people in Canada, some of them with Scottish names in the Toronto region, have not received their benefits. Some of them have cool names like Mctamminy or O' Grady. It's a nice name but there is no benefit for them in Toronto since 1980. When it comes to work, AI and Automation threatens us all. As a result, Toronto may be the shoplifting Mecca of the world; many shopping opportunities but not enough cash such that the shopping opportunities become the shoplifting meganza or braganza. Maybe we would take studies in law to see the system and how it can happily work. Then studies in anthropology might help to understand why we have not taken full alleviation from our problems within the system. Maybe ensure and increase the benefits amount to be paid so you can pay the rent or any Court order. Some orders are only $5 per day that amount to $10,000.00 after six years of arrears.   As much as you could swim to Holland and get the answer from a loving and economically logical circus owner or Dutch politician, the earth is in a global struggle every day for an enduring quiet on these issues; like as if in the throws of a Dutch Anglo Civil war. The English had peace but it was upset from within. The greatest enemy is within. There is more economic and benefit certainty in Québec than there is in England. They are not sad in this regard. But you are physically big, financially uncertain, indebted to foreign countries and sad; creole. 

  The certainty was upset on the notion that the rogues were trying to save money.  No one directed or entitled them to break the law and cause an English genocide. But they are working on it.
