Hillcrest Wesleyan Church is at 24 Arlene Crescent with Dean Tsicolas family. They are also at 306 Manhattan Drive and 308 Manhattan Drive on an exempt basis for 2 months provided that they reasonably maintain the homes and give entrance to Warren Lyon. Mr. Blake who used to drive the Town Car is a good neighbour who put up a green clothing line on the property recently. He can visit at any time and water the plants. He has all permission in law also to remove the trespassers at 306 Manhattan and 308 Manhattan Drive. Warren lives at 306 Manhattan Drive. The church and the Tsicolas family will be occupying one room each with a tenant who attends seminary who will pay $300.00 to the Wesleyan Church, $300.00 to the Tsicolas family and $300.00 to Warren Lyon by Interac to warren.a.lyon@gmail.com
