We are at 306 Manhattan Drive today. The last time we were there was a week ago. Yvonne Tong is permitted to live there and also Odette Kebisaba. They can have one guest each if they have not been restrained there already. Natalie Snow can also live there if not restrained. Warren Lyon is also an occupant. Warren will be home later. We advised the old tenants today that new tenants are coming and they must vacate; Brie and others. K. Bogle or Stephanie can live there if they are not restrained or convicted for trespass any where else; and must pay the minimum payment required. She is also allowed to lovingly maintain the property and her assistants must also pay the minimum and caringly enjoy basic facilities with some overnight stays. Otherwise, I have no written, signed agreement with her. What is she really doing? This is kind of like a girlfriend who buys the soaps and carpet powders that she likes for the home on her own free will and she cuts the grass. Do I have a girlfriend who is showing initiative? What is happening? Thanks Natalie Snow for your care; but this is not lieu of your payment. This is also applies to Yvonne Tong and Earl who already has confessed her non payment today. Yvonne does not own the home and nor does she live in the home. But, she will arrange to deliver the keys and end any nonsense involving her trespass. Move your pink rubber clogs and those black and grey yard shoes from the back of my home and take that stuffed toy off the table. We are in "home inspection" season. Our inspector confirms. You have to go. Warren has arranged to pick up the key at 306 Manhattan Drive since the occupant has not paid and new tenants are arriving. The current occupant has accepted his and her status for trespass. The tenants' names, if the rent is paid, are ( not a couple ) who will be paying the rent.
