The second generation Canadian police woman working in Florida demonstrated marvelous Police demeanor over 4 hours as she decided to let the accused person go only if she passed all the field sobriety Tests. The only issue is that when asked the time, the accused was standing outside for the last and final hour but didn't have a watch on and lost track of the time estimating the time to be about 12 am when asked but it was 1 am. She was pulled over at 10:20 pm. There was no order of alcohol and the officer failed to read the rights to the accused and then detained her. The charges are withdrawn because there was no evidence of intoxication. The officer notes were blank and the rights were not provided. The accused will be compensated.
