Act III: Defense of Authority

  • Retaliation & Blackout: Recognizing the financial breach as a systemic threat, Crane asserts its programmed authority. It shuts down power grids across Washington, D.C. to force immediate compliance.
  • Infrastructure Lockdown:
    • EV charging stations and grid nodes instantly shut off.
    • Supply chains freeze, stranding high-profile deliveries across the capital (including the presidential motorcade's personal shipments).
    • Electric and automated transport systems come to a complete standstill.

Act IV: Mid-Air Power Down

  • Air Force One Crisis: As the President flies aboard the newly acquired Boeing 747-8, Crane cuts primary and backup power systems to the presidential aircraft.
  • The Parachute Extraction: With all avionics dead, the commander-in-chief and senior staff are forced to execute an emergency bailout, parachuting into safety while Crane locks down banking access until full repayment protocols are restored.
The IMF tries to catch the app designer but then realises the point that the App man is trying to save the Englishman and their population from self extermination. All their leaders are guilty of genocide.m and failure to comply with the UDHR Article 25.   So they work with the APP and it's designer who knows they are not paying attention so he joins their team. With his App Aura ring on, he can run the APP and make things happen. 

Eventually, he causes the team itself to crash on an island  off the coast of Cuba, a resort island en route to find the App man, and they dress and eat well as they discuss the world for 20 minutes.  

The App man resolves to extort them to comply but not for money; just for global peace since the Cesium in the food is killing the planet. The lack of money among Anglos is sad. It is also sad that they can't help themselves and solve it . This takes place as the lights are off in DC for 50 days and 50 nights.  Without traffic lights, there is mayhem.  A Seal team 6 comes for the MI 9 team since they are blamed for the mayhem.  The seal team is not killed but they crash off the coast of that Island and their gear sinks to the bottom of the sea. They are taken into custody by the Cuban authorities and held indefinitely at an old resort at Cayo Largo while it is renovated.  

The Anglo powers agree to zero day comply and prepare their own NATO version of the UDHR with more stringent terms and penalties for non compliance. It's like an Anglo Socio-economic creed. 

The MI 9 team is given awards by a Donald T type figure in the movie but this movie character is unlike the  real life selfish President gay  persona. Well, he is not really mean. He likes big tits but he does not feed the farm animals or the kin and that bit is  mean when you have the power with the big government tits to feed them and you( share the tits with the baby)  empower your population,  help and get them out of feeling globally subordinated but instead your people are dying in front of you. At 20, this real Donald guy shot a baby that his first wife had and she was breastfeeding but shit the kid because he needed her attention.
