A man is renting a property to a woman for 2 years. She pays only 18 months of the rent but she has a plan to live there forever if she could but the property is jointly owned with his other family members. She is being arrested today. She is a bum. When the landlord knocks on the door on the 19th month, she starts an argument and says, " Are you stalking me?" He has no idea what she is talking about. She is from Oshawa. He says he will be back tomorrow at 5 pm to collect payment or she will have to go. He is also a football coach and only wants to collect his rent. He decides to get evidence on the woman and her id with his friend at the police department. He made a report 4 months earlier that he is having a problem with the tenant about her flooding the toilet with tampons. There was a police response. One of the officers also seem to be from her home town in Oshawa. He got his report and saw she has priors for shoplifting all over Michigan. She is about 65 years old. She has brown hair. She is usually stealing tampons and also whiskey from Maker's Mark. She has a knife in her handbag. She watches old 70's sex movies using a movie data base on her telephone. So, he was going to ask for police assistance but thought he would at least ask for his rent and then if she says no, he would call the police. But it seems when he arrived, there was already a police officer there and although he is the owner of the home and the landlord, they decided to say the woman is alleging stalking and took him in without listening to the facts; that he is the owner of the property and facing a difficult tenant who is an illegal alien with green card evidence that is actually fraudulent. The police decided to listen once they get a call from a commander from San Diego and take her in for criminal damage, fraud and criminal harassment in addition to mischief in abusing police services since the officers decided it is best to keep their jobs. The officers are now American. It is kind of stupid, though, the whole thing; isn't it? Please discuss.
