This just in; Manitoba police as suggested will now provide a white plastic tap or swipe no encampments benefits card for those in various situations that might include encampments. The cards will be handed out by social workers with police escort. They will be available at government health clinics and at post offices. President Donald Geronimo sponsors the program. The Canadian card features an image of the king that appears on postal stamps. The card is also available in the OPP Ontario program. Charles appears on the card. The cards are already being distributed in California to quell encampments. These persons in Canada or the US will book hotels that will cooperate with the bookings. ID in the usual course may not be available. The reservation will be accepted on behalf of the US Army. The cards will be provided to everyone in the population regardless of their situation.
