It is rumored that a woman from Markham showed up at Court downtown today; and said she does not want to pay what she is asked to pay. She is not racist and pays what she owes for parking tickets even if the officer who gave it to her is black or white but was told it might help her uncle if we all resist. But, she is not sure who that uncle is. But, she was told to say she thinks that the person she has to pay, a white guy, is dead; and that if he is dead, she wants to know what happens. She pretends she made payment. This whole scenario and the attitude we see once transpired when property taxes were brought onto force. You want to know if your friend could live in some home without penalty. But you are the convicted in the home you are in. You lost your social number. They explained to her that she is already convicted and that it is final. There is an opportunity to still make payment and then they will restore your social insurance number. This opportunity is available while it is available. She said she understood, was thankful and went home.

He has also kidnapped an Asian girl from her high school apparently; a scenario arranged by an Yvonne Tong. The parties have removed the doorbell that was installed. No one has given this person any tenancy or license to be on the property. He has been asked to leave personally by the caretakers. Warren is renting rooms at the address as legal occupant but does not want to see this vehicle on the property again when he has come to check everything is in order. He has sent someone to check on the property on a few occasions.

Two people enter into an agreement for work to be completed. The agreement is for completion of legal work with a monetary sum to be paid up front and the remainder of the fee is to be paid as a percentage of any judgement or settlement based on the legal work achieved before the Court. The agreement is communicated in person and also by email as a binding agreement between the parties for the small sum and percentage indicated. The very same law and contractual analysis used to assist the parties in Court covers this scenario except that the exchange of emails and the partial payment of $5000.00 pursuant to the agreement for the work to be done and Court attendance to be made confirms that we have binding consideration between the parties. The documents are bound and printed. The cases are printed and the attendance at Court is fulfilled. The contingency agreement appears in the Court file. There is judgement and the funds are paid to the client such that the contingency fee of 20% is owed and to be paid by the client. Lets say the client recovered $160,000.00. The contingency fee of 20% of $32,000.00 is owed by the paying party and also their assigns. The details of the contingency fee is added to the order requested by Counsel and prepared by the Court as the final order. There is no need of expecting a law suit for final payments of the contingency fee. Even if there was, there is sufficient evidence of a binding agreement between the parties for judgement with damages for breach and also costs if they insist on the written, contractual agreement amount of 20%. It looks like the party owed says he is content to see them pay up to 12%. The matter is set down in the order and is to be paid by the client in obeisance to the order or else he may face contempt of Court proceedings in the Criminal Court. This just in; There is a woman in Londonderry calling the police every time her 17 year old boy friend comes by to eat and fill or lift her interior walls with new stucco. The outer and inner walls were good now; refreshed once he was done. He ate salt fish every day like bacon with some eggs and toast. She did not put a lock on her out- door BBQ so she got her husband to do it. Who is the husband? This boy was just a boy. She dropped her underwear off at his mother's house to cover the result of the boy's work and so she hoped that the boy's mother would have a baby, using her underwear. She was not that kind to just have the baby. She was visiting the town as a boat person and how long would she expect to be there? When she called the police, she only made crying noises and then would hang up. Then at the local church, she posted curses on her ancestry and on her progeny. She was, by virtue of the odds, the DNA of the first generation of orphans abandoned in the West Indies and could not see herself raising and feeding children if her DNA was once eaten as food by anyone or anything. She needs your help and your empathy. But, she has a story to tell that is more important to her than doing what you suggest in her circumstances. When she is not hearing you and suffering consequences, she believes with the heart felt depth of a child that a rescue will come from the father lands. But she is in the Fatherlands now. She is not hearing you but expects someone to come and tell her how to solve it, how to avoid her inaction and paralysis. Maybe just pay the tax, lay the parking ticket. But, this is what she does. Then she spits in a cup and puts it outside with her personal prayer as she spits, that the rescue will come and that the wind will carry her spit and prayer to her location...just as her people once prayed and hoped at St. Ann's Bay, Jamaica. We have sent all our Alusra™ Technology proposals to the Minister of Energy in Egypt. Warren A. Lyon is proposing a home energy product called ALUSRA 2 ENERGY ™ to Hokkaido Electric Power Company in Japan that will utilise human waste or toilet water from a toilet and food waste from kitchen sinks to create hydrogen that will power a fuel cell that will generate electricity. Nothing is finalised. The sink is reminiscent of a garburator that processed food waste and the toilet is more of an appliance that can handle water to wash the bowl after the bowl processes the urine and excrement into hydrogen. This concept will also include an electronic garbage can that will incinerate Garbage all day in the home and turn the hydrogen rich vapor into electricity using a fuel cell. The fuel cell will be right within the toilet, Garbage can or sink design; itself. All intellectual property rights reserved in this project belong to Warren A. Lyon with patent. It also carries copyright. As such, Warren A. Lyon will not, in due course, be the only designer and nor is he going to be the only contractual party in ownership of the intellectual property. The sitting toilet itself goes back to 5th century BC in Egypt. Fuel cells go back to the mid 19th century as designed in Europe. Warren has understood how the fuel cell with a hydrogen non liquid gas tank can fuel a turbo jet fan engine and while some fighter jets use this technology with propane, it is not used widely in commercial passenger jet air travel and it should be to save costs on fuel. With Warren's proposal tremendous amounts of money is saved on airline operations. This proposal as well as his electronic garbage can proposal and design has led to Warren being considered for an award by Imperial College, London. The best known early fuel cell experiments were performed in 1842 by the British physicist and lawyer, Sir William R. Grove (1811-1896). By connecting a hydrogen anode and an oxygen cathode, he produced an electric current with the experimental set-up shown to the right. Grove was most probably the one who built the first real fuel cell, but it was a German scientist, Christian Friedrich Schoenbein (1799-1868), who first discovered the fuel cell effect. Already in January 1839, he reported on current caused by combining hydrogen and oxygen. Grove was at that time also working on the same phenomenon, and they exchanged ideas and developments over the following years. While Schoenebein focused more on the fundamental part of the discovery, Grove was the engineer. The first fuel cell power generator was presented by Grove in 1844/1845, see the figure below. It consisted of 10 cells connected in series and was supplied with hydrogen from corrosion of zinc in acid. Unfortunately for the early introduction of fuel cells, the development of the dynamo technology in 1866 by Werner von Siemens overshadowed the discovery of this promising energy converter. Today, December 30th, 2021, the proposal has been confirmed by Hokkaido and further discussions are progressing as accepted in principle. ALUSRA 2 ENERGY ™ The Fuel Cell Powered Jet Engine works with existing jet engine technology referred to as a turbo fan engine that spins at high velocity as it sucks air through the engine, blowing the air at high speed to achieve high velocity propulsion. The engine is powered by electricity; not jet fuel. This is true for all jet engines. Some early designs were based on a kerosene burning concept that is rather expensive and restrictive in terms of weight. The fuel cell burns a non – liquid gas such as propane or hydrogen or methane. The fuel cell generates electricity. It is the central power source as a generator. The engines are wired to this generator for the electric power that enables the high velocity turbo fan to generate its high velocity engine rotations. A nuclear jet was designed once where nuclear fuel was used to power a generator that provided electric power to the turbo fan engines yet it was toxic for the crew that could not endure the high radiation. The concept was first proposed by Warren A. Lyon as applied to aeronautical travel in relation to the propulsion of turbo fan jet engines required for long term space travel using fuel cells and hydrogen or methane gas. To achieve a self sufficiency without need for refusing of any kind, the human stool or urine from passengers and crew would be used on board for the generation of hydrogen or methane instead of released out of the ship; into space. This would enable the ship to be an independent biosphere in terms of energy. The ship itself does not have to be built in space as some science fiction movies like Star Wars conclude as gravity would make assembly time consuming. Build it on earth and launch from earth. You could build it modularly and assemble it in space or build an entire ship as large as a cruise ship but designed for space travel and launch it from earth. The Fuel Cell in the Home A fuel cell can also be linked together with a molecular separator that can distill hydrogen from toilet water or human waste or from disposed kitchen or restaurant food waste. The ALUSRA 2 Energy ™ / Poo Power(TM) bathroom or portable toilet, the ALUSRA 2 ENERGY ™ / You Power(TM) portable stove or barbecue(human waste is broken down molecularly to produce methane gas to power a stove or barbecue and provide electricity as a power source with ac/dc outlets.) and the ALUSRA 2 ENERGY ™/ You Power(TM) kitchen sink incinerator(generator) are based on this concept. A new exam question: A London fare inspector asks you to provide proof of last payment but it's a credit card that you used. First of all the average fare inspector does not apprehend more than one person a month for the £1.50/$4.00 fare. The cost benefit analysis says there is little point in paying people to check your bank card or any card for payment. Most people use their bank card these days. So, the next question is the cost of any dispute over non payment to be addressed in a Summary Offences Court; the Court costs, the Court reporter and the like. The key issue is that it would have to be thrown out since there would be no grounds to have interrupted the traveler and ask him for payment info and there is none to provide other than the card. That is okay. The fare is only £1.50/¢4.00 we have decided to add 0.25 (1/4 ) of a percent to the sales tax in lieu of transit fares. If you pay, you pay bit if you don't there is no point running after you and causing a raucous or asking you to tap your card on fare card readers that say default/declined since it's broken and the transit fare enforcement officer is a terrorist convict or a shoplifting convict. This is a job that involves public safety and they cannot swear an oath to maintain that duty. At $ 90,000.00 per year, they find one person a month maybe who has not paid. The machine you use to check fares cannot verify payment made by bank card. This is not good in the cost benefit analysis. The question is why do we have this notion of fare enforcement? I never saw this growing up; never saw it on the New York Subway or in London. If you can travel more than 40 miles on the TTC for $4.25, when you travel 40 miles on the Go bus or 20 miles, should you not pay only $4.25 also in your Presto transit fare? Maybe it's a Hinge in your dance strategy. It's not the gate I wanted. I saw my black garden gate. It's my gate yet I will be replacing this junk with the old wooden gate. You have been told to leave. How much did you spend? You are an a-- hole Lisa. It's not bad work Lisa. It's not what I wanted. You spent $4000.00. I saw this yellow skinned guy driving the bus who chose, at 14 years old, the tall Jamaica black father over his not as tall Chinese Guyanese father. But, God knows why exactly except he was taller than his Guyanese father. He hardly knew the Jamaican guy. The local police will be buying Military style HumVees or Police escalades riding with six officers and breaking doors to clear the region of certain kinds of problems; terrorist convicts who will not submit to the authority and pay what is requested. It's a small amount. Instead, they seem to be collectively conspiring to kill. The trespassers will be removed and the keys will be made available to the legal occupants at the Court Crown's Office for pick up. She is already convicted but she does it again. The owner is trying to rent it. The police arrest the occupant she has placed illegally at the property. How do explain her behaviour? A: She is evil and stupid. B: She is stupid. C: She is evil. D: She has a criminal predilection. Part B. You get a warning on your phone that this is an occupied property and you must leave or else you must pay a per diem rate or else you face imminent conviction. You do not leave after the warning. You do not make payment. In 3 months, your social insurance number is cancelled. You are not a citizen, so can you....xyz.... now? You also, in your habits, steal and shoplift food items in the supermarket. You do not make payment. But, you could and then you get your social insurance number back. Why would you use a Notwithstanding clause to defeat an appropriate life saving use of Section 15 of the Charter to equalise a benefit payment to which we all contribute equally so that we should all benefit equally? This is not good. We all worked together to catch the seal as Inuit or the Sword fish as Carib so why would we not benefit equally? You need to fix this or are you in your office enjoying the fact that people are not being funded or that they are not being funded equally? You drank that lager with Doug in it maybe.

November 17th, 2025. Angel Ronan News: it was reported in the Guardian News and the London Times that A delegation from the body leading the Caribbean’s slavery reparations movement will be in the UK next week for a “historic” first official visit to advocate for former British colonies. The Caricom Reparations Commission (CRC) will be meeting with UK parliamentarians, Caribbean diplomats, academics and civil society groups from 17 to 20 November. Organised in collaboration with the Institute of Commonwealth Studies, the visit aims to strengthen strategic partnerships and increase public knowledge about the region’s colonial past and its reparations movements. The issue, however, is not whether you can ask for reparations but if you were colonizing a bone in the nose Pigmy or Pangea man and teaching them Leviticus as in not to use a spoon off the barn floor or from the sink to stir the soup or coffee before bringing it to table, and if you are then there is no crime. Colonization for the most part is missionary work. Nonetheless, we acknowledge the crimes against the Pangea men during these colonial moments when their human worth and humanity in the violent responses of some colonizers or their officials or under the authority of lighter skinned Creoles deserves some judicial response and some compensatory acknowledgement. This does not mean that we deny the violence of some "Pigmy on Pigmy" violence. They also kill and will be punished. You may have heard of Annette and Oswald killing (or attempting to..) their graduate younger relatives in some kind of inhumane genome competition as they stole his benefits in the UK with their white and black West Indian Pangea Creole friends as second generation Wind Rush people. What is a complete sentence? A complete sentence includes a subject and a predicate.cwe use this sentence as an example; "The US is deliberately delinquent on its payments of equal income support benefits under the law pursuant to the 14th amendment and the UDHR Article 25." In the example here, "The US.." is the subject. The remainder of the sentence"...is deliberately delinquent..." is the subject. They need some business leadership to resolve this or a President with enough belief in America to resolve this.
