When a judgement is released in the common law world, it impacts that world whether it is wrong or right. The thing we don't like about the common law in American lower Courts is the creole mixing of principles from different bodies of law. Involuntary Manslaughter would have to involve something more than negligent inaction in a state that allows 15 year old citizens to own and carry guns when tbey are not likely to carry the maturity to own a weapon. It is a gun and the state is knowingly aware of the fact that 15 year olds are not adults, that they are in school and are still developing a conscience of their own and should probably not be able to own a gun legally. So, then the state is guilty of involuntary manslaughter now when they knew 15 year olds are not developmentally ready to understand the consequences. Maybe the school teachers who spend more time with children than parents do are also guilty of involuntary manslaughter. Who owes the public a duty of care where we can ask if there is a breach of that duty, causing injury and then liability in tort law negligence? Is there any criminal liability in this scenario? SCOTUS law is the law of the land? Let us take a look at SCOTUS law and see how it contrasts to what is happening in the lower Court as SCOTUS law is national in scope. Law is not white. It's not a news station. It's not black but it is knowable and it has a standard. Maybe we presume 16 year olds are ready to own guns if they have passed a driver's training course and obtained a license as the course achievement. The point of this judgement will change gun laws to prevent minors from owning them under the laws of Michigan before we are all involuntarily guilty of not vetting the emotions of any would be gun owner at any age. What about the postal worker...who owns a gun? There will be a judgement coming out soon on E. Darn Caramel involving her criminal outfit that uses means to harass and demean people with with post secondary education and interrupt some aspects of their lives with fraudulent interference and witchery on their Scotia account. Court has allegedly said in an unusual unsigned and also therefore unofficial opinion that; “We cannot accept former President Trump’s claim that a President has unbounded authority to commit crimes that would neutralize the most fundamental check on executive power—the recognition and implementation of election results,” the D.C. Circuit Court’s unsigned, unanimous opinion states. The issue is that maybe no one really cares about the Trump world but he did a few good things, several things and was not derelict in duty in attempting to verify and thoroughly confirm the veracity of election results; in a more proper construction of his efforts. But, when does a real DC Court have unsigned unofficial unanimous decisions? America is on a dog brain dna in all of its most popular foods and this is evident if you cannot count or calculate that while you wrestle over these election issues, the Chinese, Asians and Russians are growing in number, they build your vehicles and most if not all of your appliances. They are growing in number when they at least agree on money for all of their citizens. The country with more people wins and more money per citizen. It should not take a lot of mammalian thinking, calculating or sobriety to agree to that. Even if you were an angry white Asian American or Anglo who looks white but does not speak an Asian language, how do you help Asia's plan as a producer and manufacturer in a free market world designed championed by the Americans if you do not ensure every American or every Anglo is fully and properly funded to absorb and consume Asian made goods in America or in some other Anglo country? https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2024/02/appeals-court-denies-trump-criminal-immunity/677360/
